Recently Chief Dougherty received a donation of locker room floor tiles for the Ramsey Fire Department. Over half of firefighter injuries are caused by slips and falls; these non-slick locker room floor tiles installed by Lt Brendan Sterbinsky, 441 Engineer Jams Gatti, Kelsey Polster with assistance from Ex. Chief Tom Lanning, is to prevent injuries in the fire house while responders are "gearing up" for emergencies. The Letters R.F.D and the number 4 were set in place as the finishing touches to show pride in the Ramsey fire department.
