RFD receives a bit of appreciation

The RFD was recently treated to a special surprise from the Boy Scouts and the Ramsey Strong Organization. Scout PJ Rostkowski of Troop 31 in Ramsey graciously donated boxes of Girl Scout cookies to each Ramsey Firefighter in appreciation of the FD. Ramsey FD assists Mahwah FD at Christmas Day Fire

The Ramsey FD was dispatched a little before 5 AM on Christmas Day to assist the Mahwah FD at a structure fire. First due units from Mahwah were met by a well involved fire at the ArZee building supply company at the corner of Franklin Turnpike and Fox Lane. Tower 441 nears completion

The new Tower 441 is finally near completion after a nearly 5 year process. Currently the truck is undergoing the final stages of preparation before delivery, which will take place later this month. Once it's delivered, the members will be busy with training and equipment installation before placing it in service. Continued Progress on New Tower
