Fallen Staff Seargent Timothy McGill will return to Ramsey on Monday September 30th. The homecoming procession shall take place at noon. The procession will begin at the corner of Franklin Turnpike and Main Street, pass through the center of town and then to the funeral home. A wake will be held at St Paul's Church on Wyckoff Ave. on Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 A.M. till 7:00 P.M.. The funeral will take place on Friday beginning with a Mass at 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul's and internment at Mary Rest Cemetary in Mahwah.
Please take a moment to remember Tim who was a life long resident in Ramsey, a Ramsey High School Graduate, Ramsey Volunteer Firefighter, DPW worker and served our Country first as a Marine and then with the Army Green Beret and Special Forces since 2001. Tim was serving in Afghanistan when he was gunned down and killed 3 weeks before his tour was up. Tim was a true American Hero. Thank you for your Service. Rest in Peace Brother.
