This afternoon, the RFD was called to Poplar street for a smell of gas. FD units and PSE&G checked all units for leaks. Once again as the investigation continued, junior firefighter Connor Behrmann presented a young man named Luciano, who not only received a helmet, but got to sit in the driver seat of engine 432. The smile could not get any bigger. A future firefighter in the making.
