Today, all Ramsey Emergency Services were dispatched to Rt. 17 south at Lake street for a 2-car MVA with rollover. FD arrived and reported no entrapment. Rescue established a traffic pattern to protect the scene as FD secured the vehicles and EMS treated the injured. RPD is investigating. Units cleared within an hour.
