This morning at 0519 the RFD was dispatched to Route 17 South for an MVA with possible entrapment

Upon arrival the vehicle was found off of the road way in a creek and the driver had been removed from the vehicle. A large wrecker was required to remove the vehicle and the road way was cleared after about 90 minutes.
