At approximately 2:14 pm this afternoon, Ramsey PD, FD, Rescue and EMS were dispatched to Mulberry Road for an MVC with reported entrapment

Upon arrival, it was then recognized that this was a single vehicle incident into an embankment with one party still trapped inside. Ramsey Rescue arrived on scene and began setting up low-angle rope systems to free the party. Bergen County HazMat was requested to the scene along with Ramsey OEM. The vehicle was removed with assistance from a Big Tows heavy wrecker.
