Last evening, Ramsey FD and Rescue were dispatched to a residence on Elbert Street for the reported odor of smoke with breakers popping

Upon arrival, an odor was confirmed inside the home and crews began investigations. Engines 433, 431, Tower Ladder 441 and Rescue 8 responded. Power was secured accordingly and crews returned without further incident.
