| On Wednesday evening Jan 6, 2009, Patrolman Joe Kerr of the Fruitland, MD Police Dept was involved in a head-on collision on Rte 13 in his town. Joe is a former Deputy Fire Chief here in Ramsey and moved to Maryland several years ago to pursue employment there. The past 24 hours have been with great concern for Joe's well being and we are being reassured by Joe's wife Dawn that he is recovering nicely. Know that we are all praying for you Joe and for Dawn and Patrick as well. Rest easy brother, rest easy. |
